Hello, we’re Susan and Kleanthis, directors of Mr Rent Paphos,  fast becoming known as the leading rental and letting agents in Paphos.

We’re not going to bore you with one of the usual company profiles which are hard to read, difficult to understand and full of jargon, because that’s just not our style. What we do want to provide you with via this website is plenty of honest, useful information – things that will be really helpful to you – and a little bit about us along the way.

Let’s start at the beginning

Kleanthis otherwise known as “Thaki” is Cypriot though born and raised in the UK.

Thaki returned to Cyprus to work in the property sector many years ago and has a wealth of knowledge on property and land and also on the Cypriot ways, which is so useful for our clients.  

His relaxed friendly approach makes working with him all the better whether you are a landlord or a tenant.  Fluent in Greek, he can help in all aspects of living in Cyprus and is always happy to do so.  Thaki can easily deal with issues that perhaps our clients would otherwise find troublesome. 

Susan is English and was a PA in the City of London for many years.  Susan has owned property in Paphos, Cyprus since 1997 though whilst living in the UK, she could never find a rental company in Paphos whom she could rely on to safely rent her properties.

Susan moved to Paphos to live full time in 2007 and decided to open a rental company that would provide a service equal to those in the UK if not better.  She feels her client’s properties are as important as her own.  Understanding exactly the kind of service one would expect and delivering a reliable, honest and professional service for all her clients, whether they are tenants or landlords.

Susan and Thaki appreciate that the concerns of the landlord are the “type” of tenants chosen by the rental company.  Also those landlords would like regular visits to the property by the rental agent to ensure that their property is well maintained.  That the monthly rent and utility bills are paid on time and are up to date.

We appreciate that our clients require a high standard of service. With us, you are assured of prompt action and we are very mindful of what the customer requires, not simply of what we have on offer! There is no room for Mediterranean ‘siga-siga’, ‘tomorrow will do’ attitudes in our company.

It’s all about “getting it right first time” – and with this method, no end of our rentals frequently turn into sales.
